This new apartment features five wood-framed stories above a two-story steel and composite deck podium.
LEED Gold & WELL Health-Safety
The LEED Gold and WELL Health-Safety Rated building holds 219 units, 33 of which are co-living space. The apartment includes 15% of units offered at 50–80% of area median income as part of a voluntary affordability program.
Parking Garage
Amenities feature a pet wash, bike storage, fitness center, club room, two-level 138-space parking garage, and ground-floor retail.
