Vertical Expansion

Rycon was the construction manager responsible for an expansion of this non-profit facility for families recovering from homelessness, poverty, or addiction. Work consisted of structural modifications of the building framing to add a new 11,500 sf third floor shell space to house women’s life skills training facility, and the creation of two new elevator shafts for ADA access to all floors.

Exterior Renovation

Complete modification and restoration of the building exterior envelope included a new roof system, new windows and storefront, and new metal panel siding.

Site Work

Site work included fencing, sidewalks, curbs, ramps, concrete patio, and landscaping.
