Project Scope

Ground-Up
This new luxury apartment includes a sixth-floor wraparound balcony. The project began with demolition of an existing building and was delivered under a GMP contract.
Wood Frame
Podium construction and wood-framed above, the structure holds 112 luxury units with high-end finishes. Brick, metal panels, and fiber cement veneer make up the exterior.
Amenities
The six-story structure features a first floor parking garage with 45 spaces and a 47-space surface parking lot. Amenities include an elevated courtyard with a green roof, fitness center, bike storage, pet spa, climate-controlled storage, and a club room with a kitchen and fireplace.
