As the design-builder, Rycon completed a 9,000 sq. ft. fit-out for this facial bar franchise. The scope of work included paint, flooring, accent wall, wallpaper, window film, staff office, built-in desk, plumbing for staff sink, and installation of owner-supplied furniture for facial stations and merchandising.
