Project Scope

Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)
This new multipurpose building was delivered using Integrated Project Delivery (IPD). The building is LEED Certified, and BIM was used to support the design and construction process.
Kitchen & BOH
This facility includes a dining hall, five retail concepts and back-of-house, test kitchen, technology-enhanced classrooms, offices, and the campus’s first emergency response center.
Craftworks USA
Rycon’s in-house Craftworks USA manufactured and shipped custom architectural millwork throughout the space.
