Project Scope

PEMB
This new pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) serves as a temporary bookstore and dining facility.
Kitchen & BOH
Inside, the structure houses multiple offices and a variety of dining options, including Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Panda Express, Subway, and Greens to Go, all supported by fully equipped back-of-house kitchens.
Site Work & Tree Protection
The project required strategic logistical planning to protect the historic tree-lined surroundings, ensuring construction was completed without compromising the site.
