Project Scope

Tensioned Fabric
This modular tensioned fabric building was erected to deliver temporary food service operations, with Rycon serving as construction manager and overseeing the entire build and associated site work.
Kitchen & BOH
The 1,000-seat dining area features an all-you-can-eat buffet, multiple food stations, and two carry-out windows, supported by pre-built modular kitchen units that were delivered and connected onsite to form a large commercial kitchen attached to the tensioned building.
Craftworks USA
Rycon’s in-house Craftworks USA fabricated and shipped custom wooden decor, serving lines, and countertops.
