This LEED Gold financial office fit-out included a conferencing suite, multi-purpose rooms, coffee bar, restrooms, open workplace, conference rooms, advanced A/V systems, enhanced security, and ancillary support spaces.
Project Scope
Rooftop Terrace
Work included exterior improvements to the existing rooftop at the 7th floor to include a new occupiable roof terrace with exterior egress. Structural reinforcement required partial demolition of the 6th floor.
Occupied High-Rise
Surrounding floors were occupied, requiring careful planning to minimize disruption. Construction was phased to meet occupancy deadlines. Given limited access and laydown space, deliveries were coordinated in advance or using just-in-time.
