Project Scope

Fit-Out
This interior fit-out transformed an existing shell space into a Big Blue Swim School.
MEP Systems
Construction scope included demolition, shoring, sawcutting, concrete flatwork, structural steel, roofing, waterproofing, storefront installation, window film, framing, drywall, epoxy and sealed concrete flooring, finishes, and full MEP, HVAC, sprinkler, and fire alarm systems.
Pool Infrastructure
A custom-built pool was constructed along with a dedicated pool equipment and mechanical room, incorporating all necessary infrastructure. Additional work involved restrooms, changing rooms, and a reception area.
