Project Scope

Addition
This project includes a new 5,200 sf physical plant, 22,000 sf auditorium, 19,600 sf gym, and renovations of the existing school. Additions feature deep foundations and engineered backfill with brick, ACM panels, and precast concrete sills.
Renovation
Upgrades include sprinkler, electrical, and HVAC systems, fire-rated walls, doors and frames, roof replacements, skylights, and interior finishes. Facade enhancements feature brick, windows, and metal panels.
Site Work
Site improvements involve excavation, regrading, installation of site utilities, paving, walkways, landscaping, and seeding.
