Project Scope

Tilt-Up
This ground-up facility was constructed with concrete footings and a slab-on-grade foundation, tilt-up concrete panels with a TEX-COTE finish, structural steel joists, TPO roof, clerestory windows, metal canopies, aluminum storefront system, and an emergency generator. The building features a 20’ clear height.
Fit-Out
The fit-out included framing, drywall, rack installation, finishes, and MEPs. Interior spaces include a warehouse with (5) roll-up doors, 7’ galvanized fencing, removable bollards, a waiting area, restrooms, offices, computer cafe, conference room, break room, and centralized storage rooms for equipment.
Site Work
Site work included grading, utilities, an asphalt parking lot with EV stations, landscaping and irrigation, and concrete aprons.
