Project Scope
Wood Frame
The three-story structure features first floor concrete post tension foundation, Gyp-Crete on floors 2 and 3, wood-framed walls, pre-engineered floor and roof trusses, and an asphalt shingle roof system. The scope included site work, parking for 85 vehicles, hardscape, and landscaping.
Amenities
First floor amenities include community room, leasing office, learning center, fitness center, and mail room. Laundry facilities are on the second floor.
