Project Scope

Ground-Up
Rycon served as part of the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) team for the construction of a new 55,000 sf, energy-efficient, three-story multi-purpose building.
Kitchen & BOH
The facility features expansive dining areas, classrooms, and offices. The first floor includes a 500-seat dining area with retail dining options and back-of-house kitchens. The second floor houses the 800-seat main dining hall, while the third floor offers a large multi-purpose room, offices, and classrooms.
Craftworks USA
Rycon’s Craftworks USA manufactured and shipped custom pieces including wood veneer walls/trims, stone countertops, plate shelving, and more.
