Project Scope

Fit-Out
This project involved building out a restaurant within the new CityPlace live work play development.
Kitchen & BOH
The scope of work included complete MEP and HVAC systems, construction of the back-of-house kitchen, coordination of all equipment installation, and high-end finishes.
Bar
The restaurant features seating for 217 guests indoors and 64 on the patio, along with a large bar and private dining rooms.
