Project Scope

Ground-Up
This project included a new pediatric dental office and additional tenant shell space. The dental fit-out featured MEP systems, LVT, carpet, and ceramic tile, wood trellises and casework, exam rooms, reception, X-ray, and offices.
Site Work
Exterior work included an asphalt parking lot with site grading, building and entrance signage, dumpster pad, windows and storefront, exterior canopies, TPO roofing, RTUs, and HardiePanel vertical siding.
Craftworks USA
Rycon’s Craftworks USA division fabricated custom elements such as a curved reception desk, check-out desk, upholstered seating, and exam room casework.
