Project Scope

Occupied High-Rise
This project involved a two-floor office renovation within an occupied high-rise. The refresh included new carpet and paint, while Rycon coordinated furniture, data, AV, and security. Upgrades were made to the cafe, restrooms, and break areas.
Phased Night Shift
The work was completed in six phases off-hours keep business operations active during construction.
Craftworks USA
Rycon’s in-house Craftworks USA fabricated countertops and new cabinetry. Additionally, Rycon self-performed demolition, drywall, and rough carpentry.
