This project involved a parking lot expansion spanning more than two acres at the existing CarMax Norcross location.
Project Scope
Demolition
Site work included removal of existing conditions such as gravel, concrete pads, wood and chain-link fencing, asphalt, gates, and demolition of a 1,000 sf block structure.
Retaining Wall
New construction consisted of retaining walls, asphalt paving, chain link fence with vision slats, guardrails, bollards, curbs, sidewalks, site electrical, and security/CCTV system.
