Project Scope

Demo & Fit-Out
As the construction manager, Rycon was responsible for the demolition and fit-out of this tenant’s high-end office space featuring a reception area, conference rooms, kitchenette, lactation room, IT/data rooms, and collaborative areas.
Office Interiors
Work included new luxury vinyl tile flooring and carpet, exposed ceilings with acoustical spray insulation, decorative wood trellis ceilings, acoustical fabric walls, DIRTT demountable glass partitions, automatic window blinds, lockers, and upgraded mechanical systems.
Craftworks USA
Rycon’s Craftworks USA fabricated the reception desk and surrounding decorative metal panels, bench seating, beadboard wall paneling, wood veneer wall paneling, metal portal entry alcove, nesting tables, and other casework.
