Project Scope

Design-Build
This renovation was delivered using the Design-Build method to create a 24/7 Gas Control Center for monitoring the natural gas pipeline system.
HVAC System
The scope included a new entry and controls hallway, demo, installation of a dedicated HVAC system separate from the building’s system, offices, fitness room, and conference room. Additional work involved fire protection, AV integration, decorative cloud ceilings, and a raised flooring system.
Craftworks USA
Rycon’s Craftworks USA fabricated custom casework throughout the space.
