This new dealership is a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) featuring EIFS and curtainwall glazing. Site work included an asphalt lot to hold 350+ vehicles. The space is comprised of a 9,000 sf sales office and an 11,000 sf service/parts area.

This remodel added two offices and reconfigured an accounting area. The exterior scope included painting of stucco, car wash, and dumpster enclosure. The parking lot was seal-coated and restriped, pipe rail fencing was installed, and ballasts corrected.

Rycon constructed a new showroom for Lincoln holding a service reception area, open offices, lounge, and workstations. The building is made up of structural steel and CMU. Site work consisted of storm/sanitary/domestic water and asphalt paving/striping.

This project was an alteration of a two-story automotive dealership. The existing interior storefronts were replaced and renovations were completed in the office areas, customer vehicle drop-off zone, and service repair department, including new interior finishes.

This ground-up dealership is comprised of a 6,000 sf sales and showroom area, 5,500 sf service area, and parts storage. Rycon was responsible for the site work, curtainwall glazing, EIFS, and high-end interior finishes. (The PEMB was furnished by AutoNation.)

AutoNation Audi Volkswagen Spokane

This ground-up expansion consisted of concrete footings and slabs, masonry walls, membrane roof, parts mezzanine, and 13 service bays. Work included renovation of the an 8-bay service garage and new parts elevator. The project was completed in two phases to maintain operations.
