Project Scope

Expansion
This expansion included a new parts mezzanine and 13 new service bays. Ground-up construction consisted of concrete footings and slabs, masonry walls with bar joists, and membrane roofing. Interiors included polished concrete, locker rooms, and manager offices.
Renovation
Work included renovation of the existing 8-bay service garage and installation of a new parts elevator.
Phased
The project was completed in two (2) phases to allow for the business to remain fully operational.
