Project Scope

Renovation
This project consisted of a renovation of an existing parts warehouse.
MEP Upgrades
The project included demolition, concrete repairs, and a building bump-out clad in metal panels. Interior work featured new finishes, drywall, doors, frames, hardware, MEP upgrades, casework, and a handicap lift. Improvements also added new offices and tech rooms.
Repeat Client
Rycon has completed many nationwide construction projects for AutoNation.
