Located near the shores of Lake Michigan, Rycon constructed this ground-up single-story building.
Project Scope
Wood Frame
The wood-framed structure features cement board siding and included excavation, concrete work, roofing, flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, product display fixtures, lighting, HVAC, MEP systems, fire alarm, and a security system.
Retail Sales
The space features a cannabis sales areas, vestibule, processing and receiving area, secure storage, a break room, office, and a large outdoor patio lounge.
