Project Scope

LEED Silver
This three-story LEED Silver facility combines classrooms, labs, and culinary spaces to support Cybersecurity, Robotics, IT, Advanced Manufacturing, and Culinary fields.
Ground-Up
The structure is steel frame, concrete slab on grade/decking with concrete shear walls and foundations walls sitting on a combination of deep and shallow foundations.
Kitchen & BOH
Features include a showcase kitchen cafe, exhaust systems for culinary and manufacturing labs, and a building automation system (BAS) with a direct digital control (DDC) system.
