Creative Space
Key features include a new workshop space for student groups, spray booth, restrooms, storage, mechanical areas, and supporting ancillary spaces.
Infrastructure
Work included selective demolition, minor excavation, new partitions and openings, finishes, equipment and incidental specialties, waterproofing and fireproofing, mechanical system, lighting upgrades, and reconfiguration to the fire protection sprinklers and alarm.
