Project Scope

Fit-Out
This project involved a cosmetology school fit-out within an existing shell at Eastwood Mall.
Storefront
Work included MEP upgrades, millwork, and construction of key spaces such as the lunchroom, retail areas, salon stations, storage, classrooms, and laundry. The scope also covered storefront improvements.
Craftworks USA
Rycon’s Craftworks USA fabricated detailed custom elements including a laminate facade at the entrance. Classrooms include open countertops and tall cabinets with integrated marker boards. Shampoo stations feature solid surface counters and laminate casework.
