Project Scope

Renovation
This complex renovation consisted of interior and exterior upgrades at three three-story dormitories on President’s Row: Jefferson, Harrison, and Lincoln Hall.
MEP Upgrades
The interior scope included paint, doors, windows, and MEP systems. A fire main and pump was installed and sprinkler systems added to all three buildings.
HVAC Upgrades
Exterior work consisted of installation of a new canopy along with cement siding at select locations. A new rooftop DOAS unit provides building supply and exhaust air while split systems in each unit provides the heating and cooling.
