The View at 203 Apartments

This project involved the construction of a post-tension concrete 23-story high-rise structure. The first nine floors are dedicated to parking with 700 spaces, while floors 10 through 23 house 648 beds across 204 units. Spanning 500,000 sf, the project was delivered under the design-build method. The building features pool decks on the 10th and 23rd floors as well as various other amenities including a sky lounge, study lounges, podcast room, fitness center, entertaining kitchen, and wellness spa. Logistical constraints due to four simultaneous high‑rise projects on the same block were addressed through a coordinated traffic‑control plan and weekly alignment meetings with the City of College Station and neighboring GCs, ensuring timely progress and minimizing delays. Quality assurance measures included internal and third‑party drawing reviews, detailed submittal checks for material compliance, ongoing site inspections by the Superintendent and QA/QC Manager, and independent inspections verifying workmanship and specification adherence.
