Project Scope

High-Rise
This 10-story mixed-use student housing development rises on a two-acre site adjacent to FSU. Designed as Type IA construction, the building incorporates both one-way and two-way post-tensioned concrete systems. The structure partially wraps around and sits atop a 567-space parking garage.
Amenities
Leo features a rooftop deck with pool, hot tub, cabanas, and BBQ stations. Its 26,000 sf of interior amenities include study pods, a business center, gameday lounge, golf simulator, indoor basketball/pickleball courts, cafe, and wellness center.
Unit Mix
The building includes 277 units with 782 beds, each fully furnished with walk-in showers, in-unit washer/dryer, and individually keyed bedrooms.
