High-Rise
This project involved the construction of a post-tension concrete 23-story high-rise structure. The first nine floors are dedicated to parking with 700 spaces, while floors 10 through 23 house 648 beds across 204 units.

Spanning 500,000 sf, the project was delivered under the design-build method.
Amenities
The building features pool decks on the 10th and 23rd floors as well as various other amenities including a sky lounge, study lounges, podcast room, fitness center, entertaining kitchen, and wellness spa.
