Project Scope

Renovation
This project involved a conversion of a vacant retail space into a new dispensary.
Roof Replacement
Exterior work included storefront replacement, facade upgrades, and a full roof replacement. Interior work consisted of demolition, metal framing, insulation, drywall, MEP and HVAC upgrades, casework, and finishes.
Retail Sales
The space includes a vestibule, toilet room, and a sales floor, supported by back-of-house areas for fulfillment, product vault, offices, conference room, break room, and receiving area.
