Project Scope

Ground-Up
A new auto service building was constructed with concrete footings and slab, structural steel framing, CMU, brick veneer, EIFS, ACM panels, storefront glazing, single-ply roof, and canopies. Interior work included overhead doors, metal framing, drywall, finishes, and MEP systems. Fire protection, HVAC, and burglar alarm systems were also installed.
Site Work
Site work encompassed grading, utilities, paving and striping, fencing, bollards, landscaping, curbs, sidewalks, and lighting.
Auto Service
The completed space includes a sales showroom, eight (8) auto service bays, an inventory area, office space, and a break room.
