Project Scope

Renovations
These renovations included selective demo and installation of new MEP underslab piping, wall framing, MEP rough-ins and finishes, insulation, drywall, paint, flooring, and ceiling tile.
Bank Interiors
The spaces feature ATM vestibules, customer zones, offices, break rooms, janitor’s closet, storage, and restrooms.
Craftworks USA
In select projects, Rycon’s in-house Craftworks USA fabricated multiple custom elements including a concierge desk, teller desk, mural wall, and casework. Work featured plastic laminate materials, maple wood slats with black metal reveals, powder-coated metal panels, and solid surface tops.
