Project Scope

High-Rise Fit-Out
Rycon provided CM services for a fit-out across seven floors of a 26-story tower still under construction by another contractor. Despite base building delays, Rycon maintained schedule by developing recovery plans and implementing overtime.
LEED Gold
The LEED Gold space featured high-end finishes such as marble, eucalyptus veneer, lacquer panels, back-painted glass, and precision alignment of joints and grout lines, all guided by early-established control lines during preconstruction.
Roof Terraces
Roof terraces on the 12th and 13th floors were built with 700 plants, limestone accents, and integrated lighting. With no hoist access, Rycon used a crane-and-bucket operation to lift soil while maintaining public safety in a tight urban site.
