Project Scope

Fit-Out
A vacant shell space was fit-out to hold a vet clinic. Work included new partitions, doors/frames/hardware, finishes, epoxy flooring, casework, and MEP upgrades.
X-Ray
The space features six stress-free exam rooms, treatment area, x-ray room, surgery room, doctor’s office, break room, kennel, and waiting/reception.
Repeat Client
Rycon has completed many fit-outs/renovations for McCaffery over the recent years.
