Project Scope

Ground-Up
This new two-story structure is comprised of structural steel, metal stud framing, fiber-cement siding, standing seam roofing, and shingle roofing.
Exam & X-Ray
The first floor features an entry vestibule, large reception area, five exam rooms, separate canine and feline ICUs, dental room, general surgery room, X-ray, pharmacy, and support spaces.
Offices
Staff offices, lounge, and storage are located on the second floor.
