Project Scope

PEMB
This ground-up pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) automotive store was constructed on an existing three-lot site that was consolidated into two (2) lots.
Demolition
Three (3) existing structures were demolished along with other site demolition and abatement to make room for the new O’Reilly’s and a pad-ready site for a future building. Both sites will share a common asphalt parking lot.
Site Work
Electrical, gas, water, sewer, and utility services will be coordinated to serve both pad sites. Underground stormwater detention and retaining walls were also installed.
