Ground-Up
This ground-up car wash structure is made up of concrete foundations, masonry walls, concrete slab-on-grade, precast concrete plank, masonry facade, curtainwall/storefront systems, exterior Nichiha panels, and overhead doors.
Project Scope
Car Wash Interiors
Interior work consisted of wall protection/waterproof panels, offices, restrooms, drywall, doors/frames/hardware, HVAC mini-split unit, MEP, and lighting. Rycon coordinated the car wash equipment for delivery, installation, testing, and final plumbing/hook-ups.
HOP Work
The scope included a large site work package and Highway Occupancy Permits (HOP).
