Project Scope
Tilt-Up
Constructed using concrete tilt-up panels, the 32′ clear height speculative building features 85 auto parking, 33 docks, and two drive-in doors.
Site Work
The 6.47-acre site included two entrances and involved the removal of existing drainage pipes, which were replaced with a new system. Water and sewer were tied into the Miami-Dade County utility network, and all landscaping incorporated plant species suited to the region’s growing conditions.
