Project Scope

Multi-Building
The project involved the development of a three-building industrial park. Building 1 is an 82,200 sf shell warehouse/with a 36-foot clear height. Building 2, the largest structure, spans 183,100 sf and also features a 36-foot clear height. Building 3, a flex-spec facility, covers 16,300 sf with an 18-foot clear height.
Tilt-Up
Each building was designed as a one-story structure using concrete tilt-up and steel construction, including required mechanical spaces, trash collection areas, concrete aprons, walks, stairs, and other site elements.
Fast-Track Schedule
Given the project’s emphasis on speed-to-market, a fast-track schedule was implemented.
