Parking Lot
Rycon constructed a three-acre truck and trailer parking lot including an on-site office building. The lot is fully secured by fencing, electric sliding gate with remote access pedestal with keypad/voice control, and site lighting.
Project Scope
Ground-up Office
The 965 sf office building scope included installing metal roofing over a wood deck, CMU (concrete masonry unit) walls, and using prefabricated structural wood girder trusses. The project involved concrete footings, aluminum storefront with one-inch insulated glass, and a 12”x12” intake louver with a motorized damper aligned with the storefront.
Site Work
The project included the implementation of a stormwater pollution prevention system.
