Project Scope
Tilt-Up
This tilt-up front-load spec warehouse features a 36-foot clear height, 24 truck doors, and 120 parking spaces.
LEED Certified
The LEED Certified structure was constructed on a former six-acre truck yard site. Work included seven spec industrial bays with spec office build-outs ranging from 15,500 to 32,700 sf.
