Project Scope

Multi-Building
Rycon was selected to build a 44,800 sf warehouse and a 3,200 sf powder storage building within Clinton Commerce Park.
Ground-Up
The structures consist of controlled modulus column (CMC) ground improvements, structural concrete slab-on-grade, precast concrete insulated wall panels, an EPDM roof, and metal wall panels. Rycon self-performed concrete, drywall, and general trades.
Repeat Client
Rycon has provided a variety of construction services for The Buncher Company in recent years.
