This project consisted of a new concrete masonry unit (CMU) addition with eight loading docks.

Expansion
The existing forklift service platform area was expanded and enclosed with new concrete walls. A new 2,200 sf forklift service platform was relocated to the south of the new expansion.
Repeat Client
Rycon has completed additional construction services at an El Dorado Furniture retail location.
