Project Scope

PEMB Cross Dock
A 107,000 sf cross dock building with 169 doors is a pre-engineered metal building with a freight ramp, metal egress stairs, and industrial fans. A 7,500 sf office is attached and holds restrooms, offices, dispatch room, and driver’s room.
Maintenance Shop
The 25,900 sf maintenance shop features 10 bays, made up of eight (8) service bays, storage bay, wash bay, safety lane with an inspection pit, service lane with a service pit, office and breakroom. A four-lane fuel island was added. Rycon coordinated installation of the island with the fuel contractor.
Site Work
Site development included parking for tractors and trailers, parking for staff, onsite stormwater detention, landscaping, electrified perimeter security fence, dedicated circuits for tractor engine block heaters, and utilities.
