Rycon was the design-builder for two (2) new warehouses with Ware Malcomb as the architect.
Project Scope
Tilt-Up
Building A spans 90,100 sf while the adjacent Building B covers 92,700 sf. Both Class A tilt-up structures are situated on a redeveloped 11-acre site and feature rear-loading docks with 32-foot clear ceiling heights for maximum operational efficiency.
Tenant Fit-Outs
The project scope also included four (4) speculative tenant fit-outs.
