This adaptive reuse project transformed a former automotive parts warehouse into a new cannabis cultivation facility.
Project Scope
Grow Rooms
The facility consists of flower, veg, MOM, prop, dry, trim, vault, extraction lab, locker rooms, and cafeteria. Work included installation of fertigation/RO/water treatment systems, CO distribution, LED grow lighting, benching systems, extraction, explosion-proof rooms, and air circulation equipment.
Electrical
Rycon completed all low voltage and communication wiring for the mechanical, electrical, IT, and security systems. Coordination was required with the Owner’s BMS vendor for all low voltage wiring.
