Project Scope

Design-Build
Rycon was the design-builder for this build-to-suit warehouse that sits on 16-acres. Site work included an underground storm drainage system, mitigation, and landscaping.
Tilt-Up
The structure is comprised of concrete tilt-up panels with clerestory glass, structural steel framing, prefinished white roof deck, and a 7” thick, 4,000 psi slab-on-grade. Clear height is 36’.
High-Capacity Systems
Features include high-density storage, ESFR sprinklers, 40 loading docks, two drive-up ramps, and electric truck parking spaces. Warehouse HVAC provides two air changes per hour via roof-mounted exhaust fans, louvers, and four HVLS fans.
