Project Scope

Wood Frame
This new single-story wood-frame building was constructed adjacent to the existing outdoor pavilion near the 18th green, allowing the golf course to remain fully operational during construction.
Golf Simulators
The new building features a kitchen, bar and dining area, large-scale pro shop, four (4) golf simulator bays, covered hitting bays, cart-staging area, an indoor and outdoor fireplace, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces for utilities and storage.
Site Work
Once construction was complete, the existing 52-year-old clubhouse was repurposed as a versatile space for parties and meetings. Site improvements provided enhancements to the current aging facilities at the golf course.
