Steel Structure
The steel structure is comprised of brick masonry, stone veneer, brick veneer wall on metal stud framing, stucco/EIFS, metal coping, storefront system, and pre-engineered steel roof trusses, and TPO membrane roofing.
Site Work
Site work included landscaping and subsurface parking.
